Math- We are now working on place value and base ten. In the next few weeks, we will be exploring even/odd numbers, greater than, less than, and skip counting (counting by 2s, 5s, 10s).
Reading- We have finishied up our first theme Silly Stories. We are starting our second theme Nature Walk. The stories in this theme are about being outside and nature.
Writing- We are finishing the classroom student books. Writing the books will help us develop our ability to write complete sentences with correct punctuation. We will continue exploring acrostic poems and rhyming couplets this week.
