Thursday You will write the words in a 7 up sentence. You may use more than one word in a sentence.
Friday Test will be given using twenty words and five bonus words

Summarize, Understanding Chapter Books, Visualizing
Vocabulary:
High Frequency Words; Puns
Fluency:
Decodable Text; Leveled Readers
Math- We are beginning to discuss measurement. We will be focusing this week on length. We will explore measuring with nonstandard and standard measurements.
Reading- Encourage students to read at least 20 minutes each night. Ask questions about the books that your child has read to increase comprehension. We are focusing on chapter books this week.
Writing- We are also going to begin writing our personal narratives. We will be creating a web using kidspiration to help us develop ideas.
